I'm trying to find the humor in a lot of really un-funny things right now, stalkers seemed like a good idea at the time.

It's been some time since he's seen Sigma, given the whole Melting His Arms Off debacle had resulted in no small amount of shrieking and running the fuck away. He wasn't proud to admit that, but it had freaked him out. He'd never used Cataclysm on a person, only objects, and he had certainly never wanted to find out that it would melt through flesh like it disintegrated iron, least of all on Sigma. So he'd done something of an acrobatic pirouette off the handle of sanity and after ensuring Sigma's habitual fainting due to whatever power enhancements he received wouldn't leave him any worse off (which, really, how could you be worse off than having your arms melted off by a kid in a leather catsuit), he'd fled.]
[And now he was coming back, staying mostly out of sight in the trees and shadows until he came upon him. He stopped just out of Sigma's line of sight, steeling himself, and held his breath as he dropped from the tree into a crouch. He stood and offered an apologetic, crooked grin, raising one clawed hand in a sheepish wave.]
